I’m a certified EME Integration Practitioner. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns—whether that’s emotional, behavioural, or performance-related. Through a structured, guided conversation process, I help them uncover and resolve the root cause driving those patterns, so they can experience real, lasting change instead of temporary fixes.

My work centers on root-cause resolution of emotional and behavioural patterns through an evidence-informed, NBCC-accredited methodology that integrates three domains: emotions, mind, and energy. This allows for targeted shifts in reactivity, cognitive patterning, and behavioral presence—resulting in durable change across both personal and professional environments.
